Workshops
Facilitated workshops that explore voice, breath, listening, and creative expression in a shared space.
Each workshop is shaped in response to the people in the room and the context we’re working in. The sessions are practical and experience-led, creating space to slow down, listen, and explore sound together. There’s an emphasis on clarity, choice, and care, with no pressure to perform.
Workshops work well in education settings, community and wellbeing organisations, and with creative or professional groups who value reflection, connection, and thoughtful use of the voice.
If you’d like to explore a potential workshop, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
Group Vocal Wellbeing
A weekly group session using voice and breath to support wellbeing, presence and creative expression.
Sessions offer a calm, guided space to explore sound collectively, without pressure to perform or sing solo. Work is gentle, practical and accessible, and no previous singing experience is required.
This class is suitable for adults interested in voice, breath and shared sound as a wellbeing practice.

Guided Breath Practice
A regular group session focused on breath, calm and awareness.
Sessions offer a gentle, guided breath-led practice supporting regulation and ease. All exercises are optional and non-invasive, and the work is accessible to those new to breath practice as well as those with prior experience.
This group is suitable for adults seeking a grounding, supportive practice in a shared setting.
